ABOUT THE EGG INVITATIONAL
The Egg Invitational is an invitational four-ball tournament that aims to bring together representatives from the nation's finest golf clubs for two days of competition and camaraderie. Our mission is to provide a first-class golf experience played under championship style conditions.
FORMAT:
36 Holes are slated for the first day of competition with a shotgun start and 18 holes of play on the final day. The first day will feature one round of Four-Ball and one round of Chapman, with a Four-Ball round on the final day.
HOST CLUB:
The Mayfield Sand Ridge Club is a Tom Fazio design ranked as high as #52 on Golf Digest’s America’s 100 Greatest Courses (’05-’06). Situated in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, the host of the 2015 MAC Championship and 2006 Central Region NCAA Division I Men’s Championship features gently rolling countryside, dramatic elevation changes, unique wetlands, and a plentiful mix of mature woods.
